With globalization, which is an economic phenomenon that transformed the National States in this case of Latin America. These swaps were made to dismantle economic policies to achieve development, but the results have been the impoverishment of the Latin American population and the dismantling of the productive sectors. Generating as a result high rates of profit from transnational companies and foreign direct investment and wild capitalism generating poverty, wage stagnation, migration, etc.
But especially from 2018 to 2022 almost 60 percent of the countries have had presidential elections, of which Mexico, El Salvador, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Honduras, Chile, Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil stand out, which are trying to make changes whose priority is social policies and try to achieve economic development by consolidating welfare policies. The change in economic and social policy is a necessity since it is due to a generalized impoverishment of the population, with high interest rates, inflation, unemployment and, in the face of the pandemic, a setback in the education and health sectors.

For this reason, this research is made up of three sections that are 1. Concept of Globalization and its evolution, 2. National States transformations in the face of globalization and 3. Economic changes in Latin American nations and the probable return of the States Latin Americans after Covid -19. In addition, it has a conclusion and a bibliography.
