The objective of this research is to recognize the prerogatives of the Right to Decent Work that have an impact on productivity, and to carry out an analysis of the protection they have in the Mexican legal framework, to identify weaknesses and make useful proposals for the construction of a legal framework. conducive, both for the aforementioned right, and for Development. The deductive contrast method is used, since verifiable deductions are made by contrasting with empirical data. Thus, it is concluded that the postulates of the Theory of Efficiency Wages in relation to salary and training are applicable in a complementary manner to the Mexican minimum wage legal scheme, for the elaboration of strategies that contribute to achieving the Right to Decent Work and the develop.
