Strategies for innovation in Mexico from 2007-2012

Abstract

In the XXI century, especially the last decade, innovation has become a subject of great importance for all countries. It has been related to Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+i) with economic growth through an increase in production and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), this is a study of technology and innovation strategies in Mexico for the R + D +i Strategies in the National Development Plan 2007-2012 and the Special Program of Science, Technology and Innovation (PECiTI) 2008-2012; and the results obtained from these strategies in the GDP and in the Survey on Research and Technological Development, Module on Biotechnology and Nanotechnology (ESIDET-MBN 2012) prepared by the National Institute of Geography and Statistics (INEGI, 2012), specifically worked with the data referring to innovation strategies.
