Necessary elements in the remote education process that promote a hybrid inclusive model

Abstract

This article visualizes the importance of understanding the current academic environment and the new one brought about by radical changes in the way of teaching and learning, caused by the global Sars-Cov2 pandemic, and a strategy is proposed for the absorption, assimilation and adoption of technologies and the hybrid teaching model, with the purpose of, on the one hand, solving the requirements in education that today requires a radical change and, on the other hand, new viable technologies that can be used with the bare minimum from primary to higher education institutions, giving rise to the  articipation
of institutions, teachers, service personnel and students can contribute to said assimilation. What is being done in the Postgraduate and Research Division of the Autonomous University of Querétaro stands out, where work is being done with 9 master´s and doctoral programs with the aim that in 2 years 8 months in 3 phases, are being released to increase academic offerings worldwide. Within the document, the strategy to be followed and the different variables to be followed and controlled are defined, highlighting the detail of the 6 training courses given to teachers to understand e-Learning platforms and the way to involve 100% of teachers with the project, In addition, in the final part of the writing a list of supporting applications is indicated so that within the instructional design, knowledge and its transfer by teachers to the institution are captured.
