This work is about how the Mexican economy began its changes in commercial, international, economic, etc. These reforms were necessary to be one of the most open economies and currently has several international treaties ranging from bilateral and multilateral.
Policies radically change the country and start a new stage as it stops producing from the field, the industry, but services flourish from the commercial area to the financial zone. And it is currently one of the economies that consume more products from abroad and has more trade agreements from bilateral to multilateral level and with more relationship with international organizations from IMF, WB, OECD, WTO, etcétera.
