Liderazgo y resolución de conflictos en el personal de enfermería: Una aproximación teórica

The objective of this research is to carry out a theoretical approach in order to determine whether the different leadership styles have a direct relationship with the conflict management of nursing personnel, whose main tasks include administrative functions. The model and the different parameters shown in this research are intended, among others, to be applied in the different second level of care hospitals. The aim is, therefore, to propose a model to address the issue of leadership and conflict resolution in these institutions. This is a documentary research. One of the main limitations of this research is that it has not yet been possible to implement the proposed model; however, in future research it will be possible to validate the proposed model.
